These terms apply to your use of MedCareer Atlas (medcareeratlas.in), operated by SigmaMozak Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
MedCareer Atlas is an information resource about postgraduate healthcare careers in India. It brings together publicly available regulatory data, published research and editorial summaries to help you do your own career research.
It is not a counselling, admission, career, financial, legal or medical advisory service. Nothing on the site recommends a specialty, institution or seat for you, and nothing on it should be treated as personalised advice. Decisions about counselling, choice filling, fees, bonds and training remain yours.
No affiliation
MedCareer Atlas is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the National Medical Commission (NMC), the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), any state counselling authority, any government body or any institution named on the site. Names of these bodies are used only to identify the sources of data.
Accuracy of information
We take care to cite sources and show review dates, but we do not guarantee that every figure is complete, current or free of error. Seat matrices, eligibility rules, fees, bonds and counselling rules change, sometimes during a counselling season. Rows marked “Editorial synthesis” are our interpretation of career structure, not official data.
Always confirm figures against the official notice, bulletin or seat matrix before making a decision. If the site and an official source disagree, the official source applies. If you find an error, please tell us.
Using our content
The site’s text, comparisons, data compilations, design and code are owned by SigmaMozak Solutions Pvt Ltd, except for third-party material such as official data, which remains with its original publishers.
You may read, share links to and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the page. You may not, without our written permission:
- copy or republish substantial parts of the site, its comparisons or its compiled datasets;
- scrape or bulk-download the site by automated means, other than standard search-engine indexing; or
- use the site’s content in a commercial product or service, including to train or ground an AI system.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
